It is our rewards program exclusive to registered members, allowing you to earn points when you perform different actions on our website. You can earn points when you sign up, make a purchase, write a review, and refer customers. You can then redeem rewards with your earned points.

Note: Nature’s Organic reserves the full right to change its points-earning system at any time, without giving any notice to website users. Nature’s Organic has the right to decide and change the value of each point that is earned on the website.

You can perform more actions like regular purchasing, reviewing products, and sharing your referral link with your friends and family members.

You’ll see options to spend your points in your account area, the cart page, and the checkout page.

No, any in-store purchase is not included in this rewards and referral program.

No, you won’t earn any points from the free pints you redeem during promotions. Points can only be earned from the pints you have purchased. For example, if you order during a promotion such as “Buy 3 pints and get 1 pint free”, you will only earn points from the 3 purchased pints.

You can log into your account and view your points in your account area. Points will also be displayed on the cart page and in the checkout area when placing your order.

We will notify you by email. You will see the number of your referred friends who have made a purchase using your referral link.

In order for us to track your referrals, your friends and family must click on your unique referral link and then make their first purchase. We can only identify you as the referring customer if your friends and family click on your referral link and make a purchase from the same device. Once the order is associated with your link, we will distribute your rewards points accordingly.

When items are refunded, your points balance will be deducted accordingly. See the ‘pints purchase table’ to know how many points you will earn for each pint you buy.

No, points never expire!

Points should automatically be credited to your account after performing any action mentioned in our points earned action list. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your points balance to adjust. If you do not see them appear after this time, please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to help you.
