Shipping & Refund Policy

We are glad that you’re one of the millions of people who love Nature’s Organic Ice Cream.

Unfortunately, at this time we’re not able to offer shipping outside of California. Please enter your zip code when checking out to see the shipping options available to you at your location.

We deliver 7 days a week and your time of delivery will be dependent on your location. Shipping charges are based on your location and the option you have selected during the checkout process.

Pickup in-store (Fremont) is available anytime between 1:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M.

Once you place the order on our website, you’ll receive the order confirmation email and order tracking number that you can use to follow the order status online. We will ship your order based on the option you have selected when purchasing and your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes.

Your ice cream order is always backed by our ‘Melt Free’ policy. If your ice cream doesn’t arrive frozen, we’ll reship your order or try to find a way to make it right.

Due to our food safety policy we do not accept returns. We may be able to make an edit, however, once a shipping label has been created we will not be able to change or cancel the order.
